Our bear hunting area is nestled in the heart of some of the best Northern Pike, Lake Trout and Walleye lakes in Canada. Along with our first-class bear hunting we have world class fishing which sets us apart from many other outfitters. The abundant population of fish and bears represents how pristine our area is and will give you an outdoor Canadian experience of a lifetime.
Fishing at camp is all about Walleye and Northern Pike. Our camp is located on the shores of Cormorant Lake which boasts some of the best Northern Pike and Walleye fishing in Canada. The spring pike fishing is phenomenal just off shore from camp, and it is very common for hunters to catch their limit as well as trophy fish. The Walleye fishing at camp can be incredible too and is usually done by boat. Many times, however we will take a short quad ride to Yawningstone Lake that has excellent Walleye fishing, regularly producing limits before lunchtime. If that’s not enough you can also go to a lake and creek system nearby called Mitchel Lake/Creek that has tremendous amounts of walleye and pike. Needless to say, you will never go bored at camp and will undoubtedly go home with your limit of fish.
Evergreen Resort Lodge is located on Clearwater Lake, which is well known for it's trophy Lake Trout and Northern Pike fishing. The majority of the fishing is done by boat, for pike in the shallower bays and Lake Trout in deeper water. Clearwater Lake is known for their Lake Trout and for good reason, it has an exceptionally large population along with enormous sized Lake Trout. The Northern Pike fishing is excellent as well, whether you are fishing in the bay right by the lodge or going to one of the many other bays on the lake, you are sure to catch some beauties. The lodge has amazing potential to catch many trophy fish and is an awesome way to spend your day before your hunt.
